Here are some answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Q: Where are the old shows? How come I cannot buy them?

A: All Furthur Live! shows are limited edition releases.
Shows are available for 90 days following the end of the tour, then they essentially, go "out of print". There are many reasons that required us to adopt this model, some logistic, some administrative. Managing and administering such a large catalog of music is no easy task. On the positive side, making each tour a definitive project assures that all performers, publishing companies, and song writers are compensated correctly for each and every recording sold.

Check out our shows page for a list of currently available shows, breaking news, and updates on sale dates before you favorite shows go out of print.

Q: Is the show I get at the show, the same one I buy online?

A: Yes.
We hand make each CD set at the show. We supply our online CD sets from this stock. For Downloads we send a master copy to our download service they convert the files into your various options; FLAC,ALAC, and MP3 and make them available for download.

Q: What kind of packaging do the CD sets come in?

A: All CD sets come in our custom hand assembled Tyvek Envelopes.
Tyvek is a fully recycled material and these specially printed covers are made especially for us by our cool supplier just outside Rochester, NY. Tyvek is the best static resistant material for storing CD media. All sets are assembled by hand, making each one a unique collectable.

Q: What about Set lists? How do I get them?

A: Due the improvisational style of Furthur it is impossible to pre-print any set list materials.
Instead we provide flyer/set list forms at each show. Pick one up at T-Shirt stand where you buy your CDs and keep track live! If you don't fill one out during the show this is a great activity to pass the time at the end of the show while you wait for your CDs to arrive.

We encourage people to be creative and decorate your set list cards, share them with your friends, and send us your set list 'piece of art' to service@gnomesandhobbits.com. We would love to share them. Otherwise we provide them for you for download on the shows section of the website. Download one, print it, and is will slide nicely into your CD envelope.

Q: What if I get a defective CD?

A: We stand behind our product.
If you receive a defect please email us at service@gnomesandhobbits.com and
we will get you out a replacement. Satisfaction guaranteed.
